Is it posible with a small start up since I'm still a rookie on stock investment? If I start and my investment grows can I cash out right away?
I am using Interbank FX trading platform and have been using a demo account to test out these errors I've been getting.
Stop loss is not active. During disconnects, open trades close for whatever value they are at. If left open for a few hours, loss trades auto-close for a loss. The market was still open for all these tests.
So, anyone have any ideas?
There are bunches of good quality preferreds paying over 8% – I bought some Comcast pref'd yesterday. A year from people will say "Damn why didn't I buy last year when there was a fire sale!"

I want to put a small box on my site that shows the latest prices of my own little stock index of about 20 stock picks. It would need to get the latest prices from somewhere, calculate my weightings, and present the up-to-date price of the total index.
How do I do this?
The Yahoo Finance Badge doesn't show the full value of the portfolio/index, just the individual stocks.
